We are seeking an experienced
District Manager
to lead operations across a defined group of
restaurant locations
within a multi‑site, customer‑focused environment. This role is responsible for driving performance through strong leadership, people development, operational execution, and financial accountability.
The District Manager partners closely with on‑site restaurant leadership, providing coaching, guidance, and strategic direction while maintaining a consistent presence across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop restaurant managers and leadership teams
Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
Drive operational consistency, compliance, and guest experience standards
Monitor key performance indicators including labor, cost controls, and productivity
Develop and execute action plans to support performance improvement, growth initiatives, and new restaurant openings
Foster a people‑first, results‑driven culture across all locations
Qualifications
Strong people leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational metrics
Proficiency with business systems and reporting tools
Ability to travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations
