Job Overview The world of investing is fascinating yet complex. The SEC ISS program is a comprehensive IT program charged with operating, managing, and advancing the SEC's IT infrastructure. Our dynamic program team of IT leaders and large and small business partners is seeking bright, energetic and talented individuals to join us as we bring our innovative IT Service Delivery solutions to SEC. Currently; we are seeking an eDiscovery Data Migration Analyst. The selected candidate must a US Citizen (without dual citizenship) and able to obtain a Public Trust Suitability clearance, per contract requirements. Since 1934 the SEC has been restoring and ensuring investor confidence in our capital markets by providing investors and the markets with more reliable information and clear rules of honest dealing. Duties
Performs electronic discovery data analysis and migration in support of record retention, litigation, compliance, and similar legal matters.
Extract, convert, and load eDiscovery files for searching in SEC tools.
Logs request, obtains authorization, and tracks and reports all activity related to data extraction requests.
To Qualify, You Must Meet These Basic Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 5 years of related experience fulfilling electronic discovery requests.
Must have experience working with CasePoint and/or similar digital forensics tool and must possess foundational experience with Windows Server, data extraction, transformation, and loading.

Salary Range The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000.
