3 years retail/customer service management experience OR 4+ years U.S. Military service Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales‑focused environment Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners Minimum high school diploma or GED Requirements
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the U.S. Full‑time availability (exceeds 40 hours per week) including variable hours—early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays Benefits
