This role provides a base pay range of

$82,500.00/yr - $82,500.00/yr .

Overview The Assistant General Manager (AGM) assists the General Manager (GM) in managing specific assets and ensuring client and tenant satisfaction. The AGM works closely with the GM to achieve financial results and operating objectives. They are responsible for understanding client investment objectives, developing property‑specific strategic plans, and overseeing the implementation of approved initiatives by managing the property team. The AGM may also have responsibilities for managing other property team members and representing JLL in the local and regional business community.

What Your day-to-day will look like

Maintain knowledge of lease agreements and ensure compliance from an accounting and operations perspective.

Ensure compliance with the development, revision, and implementation of property manuals and systems.

Assist with the preparation of the annual budget documentation, as well as monthly and quarterly reporting and forecasting.

Participate in the development and implementation of the asset management plan.

Inspect property and equipment and recommend projects for enhancing property value and arrange for property maintenance, alterations, and upkeep.

Assign employees to duties according to guidelines.

Ensure high‑quality and cost‑effective services through competitive bidding and contract management.

Maintain emergency evacuation procedures and life safety systems and assist with compliance programs and policies.

Meet with tenant representatives regularly and communicate with the property team, and serve as the primary/secondary contact for tenant service requests.

Manage the tenant move‑in/move‑out process.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Minimum of five (5) years of commercial real estate or property management experience

Strong communication skills, written and verbal

Possesses financial and accounting acumen

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other required software programs

Strong problem‑solving skills

Capability to work with limited standardization and interpret instructions effectively

Preferred Qualifications

LEED AP/Accreditation is preferred

Familiarity with various budget applications

Real Estate License – required to obtain within first six (6) months

Location: On site

Salary:

$70,000 - $75,000
