As a Dentist at GEDC, your responsibilities include examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and performing dental procedures. We are looking for a committed Dentist with outstanding clinical skills and a patient‑centric approach.
Pay
Potential salary of $200,000‑350,000 per year for full time
Earn a minimum of 32% of production based upon your experience and clinical capabilities
Opportunities to earn performance‑based increases, including participation in the GEDC Progressive Provider Pay program that rewards you with increases to your percent of production based upon the clinical value you create
About This Office
Address: 132 Southern Boulevard, Savannah, GA 31405
Schedule: Full‑Time (4 days per week)

What You’ll Bring
Clinical expertise: Diagnose and treat oral health issues using advanced dental procedures; perform routine exams, cleanings, and restorative treatments
Treatment planning: Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences; educate patients on options, ensuring informed decision making
Patient care: Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care; build positive relationships and create a comfortable environment
Leadership and collaboration: Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff; provide guidance on treatment plans, protocols, and best practices
Adherence to protocols: Follow established clinical protocols, including infection control and safety measures; implement specialty referral guidelines when necessary
