Job Overview
This position requires an Active Secret Clearance. This program requires US Citizenship.
Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining user access, data accuracy, completeness, data reconciliation, supporting reporting and analytics needs, and confirming documentation and SOPs are current.
As the HIVE Data Operations Analyst, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations, data reconciliation, data quality, maintenance, and optimization of Platform HIVE‑managed data environments, ensuring the smooth and reliable flow of data across analytics platforms. Leveraging your expertise in big data technologies, SQL, and workflow orchestration, you will coordinate a team responsible for monitoring batch jobs, resolving operational incidents, maintaining data reconciliation, checking for data completeness, data accuracy and coordinating with data management team members. You’ll liaise with engineering and analytics teams to troubleshoot complex issues, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous enhancements so that HIVE data assets consistently meet business and compliance requirements.
Qualifications 3+ YOE
Analytics
Technical Acumen in HIVE and SQL
HiveQL, SQL
HIVE performance optimization, including data partitioning, indexing
Hands‑on understanding of Hadoop ecosystem, including HDFS, YARN, MapReduce, Spark
Position Details
Pay Rate / Range: $45‑$50/hr
The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position’s responsibilities; the candidate’s experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.
