$35.00/hr – $35.00/hr Location:
Boston, MA – 3 days in office (Tuesday‑Thursday) and 2 remote days (Monday, Friday)
About the Role Our Engineering team within the Technology organization is building the future of home. We are looking for dynamic, hardworking students to join us for a 6‑month Co‑op. As a Software Engineering Co‑op you will work on complex technical projects, contribute to team goals, and make an impact.
What You’ll Do
Work on individual and group projects focused on the full project life‑cycle
Collaborate with business leaders and key stakeholders to brainstorm solutions
Get exposure to a broad spectrum of technologies and programming languages
Improve your designs and accelerate learning
Access technology/engineering leadership eager to hear your ideas
Participate in events with Co‑ops across the business
Receive professional development training to improve your soft and hard skills
Basic Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field; expect to graduate between 2027 and 2029
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Commit to working 40 hours/week (9 am‑5 pm, Monday‑Friday) from January 5, 2026 to June 19, 2026
Return to course of study following completion of the Co‑op
Preferred Qualifications
Strong academic performance record
Experience with full‑stack and/or mobile development
Knowledge of object‑oriented programming languages
Exposure to SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python (not required for all teams)
Interest in big data and machine learning
A passion for autonomy and ownership of projects or tools
Strong communication skills
Comfort using AI in daily workflow
Team Placements
Supply Chain Retail Tech – logistics, warehouse management, and delivery network
Customer Technology – building and optimizing digital experiences, including growth, discovery, purchase, and platform teams
