In This Role
Partner with global business leaders on initiatives that focus on attracting, developing, and retaining talent aligned with the business strategy through talent management, talent acquisition, change management, performance management, etc.
Drive organizational design and change management initiatives, including reorganization efforts that enable agility and future capability
Facilitate workforce planning and role redesign to support evolving business needs while maintaining employee engagement and retention
Coach and mentor senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, foster inclusive behaviors, and support effective decision‑making during times of transformation
Manage and resolve complex employee relations and compliance issues through a logical and systematic approach
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher
9+ years of experience, in HR partner roles and working in a matrix environment
Must have experience supporting multiple client groups, further adapting and anticipating the needs of a fast‑changing biotechnology‑oriented environment
Experience with continuous improvement practices
Experience with reorganization change management to include merger and acquisition due diligence
Preferred Experience
Demonstrated experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
Strong conflict resolution skills and a solid background in conducting investigations
This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home. Additional information about this remote work arrangement will be provided by your interview team.
The annual salary range for this role is $110,000 – $150,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
