Responsibilities
Ensure excellence in guest satisfaction through a “Do Whatever It Takes” attitude and a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example management style.
Utilize leadership skills and motivate employees to ensure cost control and labor management.
Inspect establishment and observe workers and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulations.
Ensure paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
Qualifications
At least 2+ years of upscale/fine dining restaurant management experience.
Extensive front‑of‑house knowledge and advanced knowledge of financial aspects.
Strong interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
Stable and progressive work history with a strong work ethic.
Pay Range: USD $75,000.00 – USD $90,000.00 per year.
