What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements for Agentic AI / Virtual Agent (VA) workflows
Document and optimize end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies
Configure and customize ServiceNow Procurement and Financial modules in partnership with architects and developers
Facilitate workshops, demos, and user acceptance testing sessions with stakeholders
Define reporting requirements for spend analysis and supplier performance, supporting governance initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Strong understanding of Agentic AI / Virtual Agent (VA) processes and procurement best practices
Experience with ServiceNow related modules
Familiarity with ITIL v4 and enterprise service management principles
Excellent business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping
Minimum of 3 years working with ServiceNow or similar platforms in a business analyst capacity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
5+ years in Agentic AI / Virtual Agent (VA) roles
Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist
Experience in large‑scale enterprise environments
