Key Responsibilities
Lead effort to design, develop, and optimize current reports based on user requirements
Define the enterprise analytics strategy and roadmap
Meet with business users to qualify requirements for reports, create reports from scratch, and improve existing reports
Partner with senior business leaders (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations) to align analytics solutions with business goals
Main point of contact for project budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
Manage delivery of analytics program, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality
Lead and grow the analytics team, providing leadership, mentoring and career development to junior members
Drive adoption of SAC and modern BI practices across the organization
Establish governance, standards and best practices for analytics development
Oversee integration between SAP and non‑SAP systems for holistic reporting
Monitor SAP product roadmap (SAC, Datasphere, AI/ML) and introduce it to the analytics portfolio
Qualifications
8+ years SAP Front‑End development experience
Deep understanding of SAP Analytics landscape (SAC, BW/4HANA, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics)
Strong experience in analytics strategy, governance and roadmap planning
Proven track record of managing analytics teams (onshore + offshore)
Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
Project management expertise (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid delivery)
Knowledge of cross‑platform BI integration (Power BI, Tableau, non‑SAP data)
Experience with budgeting and resource allocation
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Eligibility Requirements
U.S. citizen only (no dual citizenship)
Eligible to obtain a Public Trust government clearance
Compensation As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the following states: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is $126,300—$243,100 USD.
