Position Purpose The Project Manager provides on‑site direction for all aspects of construction for an assigned project. Manages project costs, develops schedules, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and leads the project staff to exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Pre‑Construction: Lead construction planning for data center systems, act as value engineer, and lead design‑build efforts.
Project Pre‑Planning: Ensure staffing, conduct estimating handoff, and manage risk strategies.
Construction Process: Draft subcontracts, manage pre‑qualification, coordinate material procurement, submit change orders, chair weekly meetings, maintain change orders, expedite deliveries, monitor safety, prepare forecasts, manage close‑out and warranties.
Qualifications
10+ years in mission‑critical coordination, data center construction, and fit‑out projects.
Strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience with project management, budgeting, and scheduling in a critical path environment.
Proven leadership in project execution, risk management, and staff development.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
Familiarity with FieldLens, Bluebeam, and other construction management tools.
