In the Consumer‑Goods & Services industry, we support clients in adopting SAP technologies such as EWM to drive operational efficiencies and meet evolving consumer demands.

As a SAP EWM Manager, you will lead end‑to‑end functional transformation programs and engage with client executives to define and deliver tangible business value through SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

Engage client executives on business challenges, trends, and the potential value of SAP solutions.

Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through business cases, roadmaps, and client presentations.

Architect end‑to‑end solutions leveraging SAP technologies, custom apps, and partner add‑on solutions.

Advise, design, and deliver solutions based on latest industry and technology best practices.

Lead small teams to achieve transformational roadmaps both onsite with clients and within Accenture.

Become a trusted expert and advisor to clients, team, and Accenture leadership by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations.

Develop thought‑leader assets and best practices, elevating future transformation experts.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of SAP functional and technical experience/expertise in EWM.

Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Consumer Goods clients.

Minimum 2 end‑to‑end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Consumer Goods clients.

Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a global delivery model, driving complex workshops, leading design decisions, and executing configuration, testing, cut‑over, and go‑live activities in the SAP EWM area.

Prior experience in an advisory/consulting role.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). Associate’s degree must have equivalent 6‑year work experience.

Travel may be required from 0 % to 100 % depending on client needs.

Compensation & Benefits Salary ranges vary by location. Example ranges:

California: $132,500 – $338,300

Cleveland: $122,700 – $270,600

Colorado: $132,500 – $292,200

District of Columbia: $141,100 – $311,200

Illinois: $122,700 – $292,200

Maryland: $132,500 – $292,200

Massachusetts: $132,500 – $311,200

Minnesota: $132,500 – $292,200

New York/New Jersey: $122,700 – $338,300

Washington: $141,100 – $311,200
