Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, chief of staff positions, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in sales or product strategy in traditional or digital advertising.

Track record of building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.

Understanding of YouTube.

Ability to prioritize initiatives, drive progress and adapt quickly across multiple workstreams.

Ability to translate product offerings into sales facing value propositions in line with customer business and marketing objectives.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to audiences.

About The Job The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures that Google's complex and ever-evolving ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting the go-to-market strategy and guiding flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations, while also helping to evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas, and global teams that work across the business areas. Team members sell starters and strategically with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

This role sits within the Product GTM team, tasked with accelerating YouTube business growth across the region via the development and adoption of products, tools and program best practices.

As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will be responsible for high profile sponsorships and creator engagements. Sponsorship and creator engagements are critical to driving incremental business growth in our upfront partnerships as well as capturing linear and streaming budgets. In this role, you will deliver on the core product go-to-market. You will design and deploy regional activation programs to sellers and video specialists. You will be providing thought leadership on product activation and execution. You will fuel the connectivity with GPS, YouTube, and Sales Specialists.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Lead strategic projects at the Americas scale that shape the future operating model and support long-term business priorities. Oversee multiple strategic opportunities simultaneously and design organization wide strategic processes to ensure long-term goals are being defined and met.

Define, align upon and execute against priority regional product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and activation priorities, metrics, and strategies.

Work with internal stakeholders cross-functionally to deliver solutions that meet our business objectives and influence global stakeholders to build solutions for regional needs.

Conduct in-depth analysis of product and business data to identify trends, insights and intelligence to support decision making and activation.
