Annual Compensation:
$330,000 to $360,000

Responsibilities Neuro Surgeons in the Navy play a crucial role in supporting service members by providing specialized surgical care for neurological conditions, both in deployed and non-deployed settings. They work to ensure that service members maintain optimal neurological health and recovery, regardless of the challenges posed by military life.
In this role, you will offer comprehensive neurosurgical care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of neurological conditions such as traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other complex disorders. You will perform surgeries, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for post-operative care, and provide rehabilitation strategies to maximize recovery. You’ll work in various settings, including operational environments, Navy hospitals, and outpatient clinics, to support the overall well‑being and readiness of service members.

$65,000 Specialty Incentive Pay
$8,000 Board Certification Pay
