Position Overview Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery is recruiting a Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join our expanding faculty.

Experience in Clinical Outcomes Research is desired. The successful applicant will join a very busy Pediatric and Adult practice, provide care for complex pathology, and join a quickly growing clinical and research enterprise. Applicants must be able to perform at a high level both clinically and academically. Salary will be commensurate with ability, training, and experience and demonstrated prior performance.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical care for complex pediatric and adult otolaryngology cases.

Participate in a busy pediatric and adult practice.

Engage in clinical outcomes research.

Maintain high standards clinically and academically.

Qualifications

Medical Degree (MD or DO) with Otolaryngology board certification.

Clinical experience in otolaryngology; pediatric experience preferred.

Experience in clinical outcomes research highly desired.

Compensation A range of $144,413 - $855,278 depending on qualifications, experience, and available funding. Final salary offer determined by market benchmarks, internal equity, and department or grant funds.
