Join a physician-owned primary care group with multiple Rhode Island locations, dedicated to strengthening patient-physician relationships and enhancing community healthcare.
As a Primary Care Physician, you'll manage adult patient panels, providing personalized chronic, acute, and preventive care in a practice that empowers clinicians with decision-making authority and focuses on high-quality, value-based outcomes.
Provide comprehensive primary care, develop treatment plans, and perform health screenings and vaccinations.
Utilize data to identify care gaps, support population health, and improve outcomes.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver integrated care.
Maintain accurate electronic health records and drive practice innovation.
Qualifications include MD or DO, active US license, experience in adult primary care, and interest in value-based care.
