We are looking for a skilled
ServiceNow Developer
with strong hands‑on experience in
ITSM and ITOM
modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that support IT service management and operational visibility across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications with a focus on
ITSM and ITOM
Configure and enhance
ITSM modules
including:
Change Management Request Management Service Catalog
Implement and support
ITOM capabilities
such as:
Discovery Service Mapping Event Management CMDB health and governance
Develop custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and ACLs
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using
REST/SOAP APIs
Perform CMDB modeling, reconciliation, normalization, and data integrity checks
Support platform upgrades, patches, and performance optimization
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Provide technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities
Follow ServiceNow best practices and governance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of hands‑on
ServiceNow development experience
Strong experience with
ITSM
processes and implementations
Solid hands‑on experience in
ITOM
(Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
Experience working with
CMDB , CI classes, and relationships
Hands‑on experience with integrations using REST/SOAP
Experience with ServiceNow update sets and scoped applications
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
