Job Description
The Director of Patient Engagement is responsible for providing leadership, process development, management, and general oversight of all patient conflict throughout GSDM. The Director conducts investigations, provides resolutions, meets with community stakeholders to answer questions, and is responsible for the development and implementation of training and patient resolution in partnership with assigned department. The Director plays a critical role in the overall success of patient care throughout GSDM and the development of patient interaction with current students and faculty.
Required Skills / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. JD preferred, in Mediation/Healthcare Law.
5-8 years of experience in patient engagement or related field.
