They are now hiring founding Forward Deployed Engineers to help scale and own these agentic systems in production.
The Role As a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work directly with customers to understand how their operations function end-to-end and translate those workflows into production‑grade AI systems. This is a true zero‑to‑one role with high autonomy, direct customer exposure, and meaningful ownership.
What You’ll Do in Your First 90 Days
Spend time inside customer plants and offices to observe workflows from start to finish
Build and deploy an AI agent that handles functions such as quoting, pricing, inventory, procurement, or scheduling in live environments
Integrate with ERPs, CRMs, laboratory systems, and legacy industrial software
Ship simple, high‑leverage product experiences informed by real field insights
What You’ll Work On
End‑to‑end product features grounded in direct customer context
Infrastructure and deployment systems that keep agents reliable in operational settings
Field discovery to uncover bottlenecks, edge cases, and automation opportunities
Evaluation, rollout, and iteration of new AI capabilities with real users
What We’re Looking For
Strong full‑stack engineering ability, with comfort owning projects from prototype through production
High initiative and willingness to work directly with customers in the field
Clear communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate (in‑person environment)
The team uses modern LLMs, TypeScript, React, and AWS. Curiosity, speed, and ownership matter more than experience with any specific tool.
