Primary Care Physician Salary Range:

$218,192 – $284,689 annually + benefits

Requirements to Apply

Current California Physician & Surgeon License with no past or pending disciplinary actions

Current and valid DEA registration

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Minimum two (2) years of experience working with a frail or elderly population, ideally in a hospital or long-term care setting

Strong computer proficiency and effective communication skills

Self-motivated, flexible, and collaborative team player

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Primary Care Physician Job in Eureka, CA – $218K–$284K – Community Health + Geriatric Focus

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and mission-driven Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide compassionate, comprehensive care for older adults in a community health center environment. This role includes outpatient primary care for frail and elderly patients, delivered within a collaborative, team-based model aligned with quality, service, and cost-effective care.

As part of a multidisciplinary care team, you will play an integral role in supporting patient well‑being, promoting independence, and ensuring continuity of care for a complex population. The ideal provider brings empathy, professionalism, sound clinical judgment, and a genuine desire to serve medically vulnerable communities.
