Overview IDS Health, Inc. is seeking a County Psychiatrist to join a hybrid outpatient practice in Palmdale, CA. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive mental health services for adults with severe mental illness.
Responsibilities
Provide psychiatric medication support.
Conduct group therapy sessions.
Manage case coordination for adults with severe mental illness.
Execute one‑on‑one patient sessions: 90 minutes for initial evaluations, 60 minutes for transfer assessments, and 30 minutes for follow‑ups.
Document clinical information primarily in an electronic health record system, with occasional manual form completion.
Participate in regular team meetings and daily virtual communications.
Qualifications
Board eligible Psychiatrist.
California Medical License.
Experience in outpatient psychiatric care.
Strong ability to work in a hybrid setting.
Compensation & Hours
1099 income arrangement.
Malpractice insurance provided if needed.
Full‑time or part‑time schedule available.
Pay range: $220–$225 per hour.
Expected 40 hours per week.
Hybrid work model based in Palmdale, CA.
