Company Overview Easy Aerial is a fast-growing startup building autonomous drone solutions for defense and commercial use. We’re looking for an experienced leader to drive, promote, and ensure customers are successful using Easy Aerial products. This role will interface heavily with sales, marketing, deployment engineering, operations, and R&D to deliver the best possible experience to end-users.
The Customer Success mission at Easy Aerial is nascent – you will have the opportunity to craft processes from 0-1, own deeply challenging projects, and work closely with cutting edge defense technology. Come join us!
Key Responsibilities
Ensure customers are successful in using Easy Aerial products via all means available
Create processes to support, maintain, and service EA UAS that will work at 10s, 100s, and 1000s of deployed systems all across the globe
Seek and capitalize on opportunities for expansion and growth with key end-users
Streamline sales and operations coordination. Provide visibility and structure to the post-sales through delivery through post-delivery customer journey
Manage the product experience and the full package of an Easy Aerial deliverable system
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a project or program manager
Background in engineering or business. An ideal candidate will have run customer success or support functions at an organization with needy customers
Experience with DoD/USG programs highly preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and cross‑functional coordination skills
Bonus: Experience in startups or high‑growth technology environments
