The Hilton Orlando \( located off of International Drive near the Orange County Convention Center, seeks to hire a **full\-time** Overnight Guest Service Agent for their Front Office team\! This 1400 room property offers six dining outlets and seamlessly blends extensive leisure offerings with world class business amenities\.The ideal candidate for this role would be outgoing, have the ability to multitask in a high\-volume environment and passion for hospitality\!

  • *Shift Pattern:** Ranges from 10 pm to 7:30 am, full open availability for weekdays/weekends/holidays is required
  • *Pay Rate:** $19\.76 per hour $1 differential for overnight, potential for additional income through upselling

\*Available benefits may vary depending upon property\-specific terms and conditions of employment **What will I be doing?**
  • Checking in and checking out of guests\.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide driving and/or walking directions to guests to local destinations
  • Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, hotel events and local and community events and attractions
  • Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
  • Run required night audit reports
  • Provide or obtain accurate information
