Oversee all FP&A for the region

Provide support on pricing strategies and contract negotiations
MUST HAVE
CPA
Professional services industry experience
Accounting AND FP&A experience
IFRS experience highly preferred
Desired Skills and Experience Professional Services firm based in Chicago is looking for a Head of Finance to lead the Americas region, partnering with the US CEO and managing the P&L for the entire Americas. You will report into a Global CFO and be responsible for overseeing all accounting and finance for the region.
There is a small team (3 people) that will report into you, and this is a hybrid role with in-office requirements (CHICAGO) 2 or 3x per week.
CPA is mandatory and ideally the person comes from a professional services background!
