- Generate detailed loss run reports to support claims management and analysis.
- Input and update reserves for claims in compliance with established guidelines.
- Process claim payments efficiently and verify all documentation for accuracy.
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel to manage communications and documentation.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations to support financial processes.
- Maintain organized records and files for easy access and retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks performed. Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with Excel formulas for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.
