Work Environment We offer after hours urgent support to give you that lifestyle balance. The majority of our offices operate 3 days a week onsite and 2 days a week telehealth. A four‑day work week is also possible.
Our model is evidence‑based and our outcomes consistently show that just over 75% of patients experience clinically significant improvement within three months of treatment.
Integrated Care Team You will be part of a team of dedicated providers who collaborate to foster a team spirit focused on providing great care. Our psychiatrists see the benefits of having prescribers, therapists, practice assistants and a full support team working together under one roof.
We offer advanced treatment options such as
TMS and Spravato.

Additional compensation for supervising Advanced Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs)

Responsibilities
Provide outpatient psychiatric care to a diverse patient population
Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs)
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical decision making
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
Adhere to evidence‑based practices and outcome measurement protocols
Qualifications
Active medical license in the state of Texas
Active DEA license and Controlled Substance license in Texas
Board‑eligible or actively board‑certified in Psychiatry
Experience or interest in advanced treatment modalities (TMS, Spravato)
Open to seeing a variety of patient case types and broad age ranges
Ability to supervise Advanced Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs)
Experience level: residents nearing completion of training, fellows, or experienced psychiatrists are welcome
