Role Overview

Director of Product oversees multiple product lines and major platform components while establishing scalable delivery frameworks that drive innovation and significant business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic product portfolio: Oversee multiple product lines with direct accountability for the 1824month strategic roadmap, align product strategy with company financial objectives, and create new business models and revenue streams with measurable market impact.
  • Drive organizational transformation: Establish scalable delivery frameworks, KPI dashboards and governance structures for predictability and efficiency; lead the organization through complex product transformations while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement; pioneer agentaugmented product development lifecycle workflows.
  • Deliver significant business outcomes: Build measurement systems that track impact of product initiatives against company goals, develop compelling business cases with financial projections, and use datadriven decisions to prioritize, expand or sunset products.
  • Build highperforming teams: Coach and develop future product leaders, establish PM methods and tools, and create knowledgesharing frameworks across the organization.
  • Master stakeholder relationships: Communicate product vision to engineers, Csuite executives, partner with vendors, and oversee portfoliolevel priority decisions across competing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable product management experience: Proven ability to lead product organizations, make commercially grounded decisions, and drive revenue growth.
  • Deep expertise in consumerfacing fintech or adjacent regulated industry: Experience in retail trading, brokerage operations or financialmarkets technology; comprehensive understanding of tradingplatform capabilities, market microstructure, order execution, market data and FINRA/SEC compliance.
  • Strong technical and commercial leadership: Ability to establish NFR standards across product lines, inform architecture decisions, and develop sophisticated financial models with ROI projections.
  • Mastery of strategic product methods: Expert in OKRs/KPIs, advanced analytics, AI, emerging technologies and maintaining operational excellence.
  • Exceptional executive communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives and manage highstakes discussions.
  • Proven team builder and change agent: Track record of developing highperforming product teams, mentoring managers, and leading transformations.
  • Passion for empowering individual traders: Commitment to democratizing access to financial markets through technology and exceptional user experiences.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $195,000 $235,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
  • Discretionary performance bonus: 1520% of base salary based on individual and company performance
