Executive Assistant
Location: Hackettstown, NJ (Fully Onsite)
Role Type: Temporary (6-Month Contract)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $33.00/hr
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a global service division within a world-leading consumer goods organization. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to four Senior Leaders (typically VPs and above), ensuring their daily operations run seamlessly in a fast-paced, global environment.
You will join a collaborative "team of teams," working alongside a group of 10 peer Executive Assistants who prioritize mutual support, knowledge sharing, and collective success.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex Calendar Management: Proactively manage and prioritize high-volume calendars and meeting schedules across multiple time zones.
- Executive Support: Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, managing email correspondence and interpersonal communications with a high degree of professionalism.
- Travel & Expense: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process expense reports through Concur.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of meetings and team events.
- Global Collaboration: Partner closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure consistent support coverage and contribute to a culture of teamwork.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Senior or High-Level Executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook and experience with Concur (Travel and Expense).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional time management, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously in a global setting.
- Team Mindset: A "team player" attitude is essential; you should be willing to chip in and help peers and stakeholders wherever needed
