We’re currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives, where you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers, agents, and partners. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, handling inbound calls with efficiency and professionalism. Answer inquiries via phone, email and texting regarding policies, coverages, and premiums with confidence and accuracy. • Ensure first call resolution, making the customer experience as seamless as possible. • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all three lines of insurance (Auto, Homeowner, and Umbrella). • Utilize your analytical and decision-making skills to address policy changes and corrections effectively. • Exceed customer and agent expectations by delivering top-notch service through positive interactions and extensive product expertise. • The ability to work a flexible schedule is a critical aspect of this position. Hours for this position are shifts between: 8:00am–7:00pm Monday – Friday and 10:00am–3:00pm every third Saturday. Proficiency in computer skills and data entry. • Ability to work weekdays and rotational Saturdays. • High school diploma required, college degree is a plus! • Spanish language proficiency is a plus!
