Customer Service Specialist Sacramento, CA (onsite) $Do you have at least one year of customer service experience either from a call center or in retail? We are looking for a customer service professional for a new job opportunity in Sacramento, CA. Provide inbound telephone coverage and answer general product/service questions. Accurately enter and update customer data in the system. Research and resolve service requests, warranty issues, and complaints. Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; call center experience preferred. Computer proficiency with accurate data entry abilities.
