- Strategic Leadership: Along with Clinical Services team, helps to inform the strategy, oversight, prioritization, expansion, and accountability of clinical strategy, physician advisors engagement, new technology assessments, and key sourcing relationships.
- Clinical Education Service: Identify and coordinate key clinical strategy and supportive education solutions to influence and support the organization's strategy. Aid in design of member education experience and engagement.
- Clinical Request Service: Lead member and internal team requests, and help to identify scalable solutions to best support the organizational goals, member needs, and company brand.
- Strategic Partnerships: Act as key partner in internal sourcing education needs to best advance a clinically-let sourcing strategy. Interacts and develops relationships with internal and external stakeholders to better understand needs and challenges (HealthTrust colleagues, members, physician advisors).
- Customer Relations: Continuously defines and improves customer solutions - internal and external - to advance the organization's goals.
- Bachelor or Master Degree (RN, RT, PA, PharmD, MPH) is required.
- Advanced Clinical Training (MHS, MPH, PA, NP, PharmD, MBA) preferred.
- Background or experience in an acute care and/or non-acute care hospital environment
- Direct experience working with physicians and hospital executives
- Direct experience leading change management within a health system
- Direct experience leading a scaled initiative across facilities
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Excellent presentation and executive communication skills are essential
- Results-oriented individual with a demonstrated strong commitment and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done in a team environment
- Possesses developed interpersonal skills to work in a high profile and fast paced team environment
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects within deadlines
- Leads with curiosity and clinically-led, member-focused problem-solving spirit
