Production Scheduler In this role, you’ll create strategic schedules that balance customer demand, inventory goals, and plant capacity—all while supporting on-time delivery and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules aligned with capacity and sales forecasts.
Set inventory targets for finished goods, including safety stock levels.
Optimize production runs and minimize changeovers to achieve 100% on-time delivery.
Monitor raw material levels and manage orders to prevent downtime.
Maintain accurate scheduling data and track performance metrics.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and report on KPIs to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree preferred with 4+ years of relevant experience
At least 3 years in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management—preferably in manufacturing.
Experience with ERP systems and production planning software.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
