Customer Service & Account Manager – Logistics / Apparel Location: Hudson County, NJ (On-site, parking available)
A leading logistics provider supporting major omni‑channel retailers, wholesalers, and consumer product brands is seeking a Customer Service & Account Manager to join their growing team. This organization leverages advanced transportation and warehouse management technology along with decades of industry expertise to deliver seamless distribution, fulfillment, and supply chain solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and has hands-on experience supporting apparel or consumer goods accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned apparel clients, handling inquiries and service requests with professionalism and urgency.
Manage order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery timelines to ensure accuracy and on-time performance.
Collaborate closely with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to resolve issues and meet client expectations.
Monitor inventory levels and support clients with replenishment planning.
Prepare and review reports related to shipment status, KPIs, and account activity.
Address escalations quickly and provide proactive solutions to avoid service disruptions.
Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships through regular communication and account reviews.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
~3+ years of experience in customer service or account management within logistics, supply chain, or apparel distribution.
~ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
~ Proficiency in MS Office; Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and excel in a fast-paced environment
