L&T Technology Services is hiring: Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Capital Proje

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Project Engineer to lead and execute capital projects that enhance production capacity within our assembly and machine shop operations. This role will focus on planning and implementing short-term and long-term investments aligned with a 2–3 year capacity expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver capital projects for capacity improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Operations and Manufacturing Engineering to optimize layouts and workflows.
• Develop and review 3D CAD models and technical drawings using Creo or equivalent software.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or capital project management.
• Proficiency in Creo or similar CAD tools (Inventor/SolidWorks).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Background in assembly and machine shop environments.
• Familiarity with Lean principles and process optimization.

Work Environment

• On-site role within assembly and machine shop facilities.
