As an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct regular patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This primarily driving post requires a valid driver's license. **What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards within the manufacturing and industrial environment.
  • Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or exit.
  • Communicate clearly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and/or emergency responders as needed.
  • Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities as required by site-specific policies.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
