Job Summary The Administrative Coordinator provides high-level administrative support for Trotter Multicultural Center and Multi-Ethnic Student Affairs, working under general direction while exercising considerable discretion. You will analyze complex information requests, identify the latest trends, and support efficient daily operations across the unit. Main responsibilities include coordinating events and programs, managing budgets and financial transactions, reconciling expenses, supporting grants and contracts, overseeing space reservations, and maintaining office systems. The Coordinator also manages executive calendars and communications, prepares reports, supports unit technology and communications platforms, and oversees student staff. You will excel in this role if you have project management skills and a demonstrated commitment to promoting inclusive, multicultural environments.
