Salary Range: $24.15 to $32.67 per hour
Starting Range: $24.15 - $27.00 per hour

About the Job:
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for working with warehouse personnel to complete assigned tasks while providing on-the-job training and direction. The position is responsible for coordinating completion of daily operations as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Lead will maintain open communication with the Warehouse Supervisor and consistently relay status updates for given assignments. Works within multiple PC-based programs (i.e. Epicor, Excel, Teams) as needed. Maintains a consistently high efficiency level and achieves necessary metrics in all areas of warehouse work.
What You Do:
- Perform daily Fulfillment Workbench functions
- Support and help manage cycle count and inventory reconciliation processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety procedures, and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes
- Make informed decisions and plan based on ERP data
- Manage multiple priorities in a warehouse environment
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments and all necessary paperwork using PC based ERP programs and basic Microsoft office software
- May give input toward and evaluate personnel work performance for the Warehouse Supervisor
- Participate and follow CMC’s ISO procedures related to the Warehouse Lead Position and in accordance with CMC’s ISO quality management system
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (if certified)
- Maintain and organize warehouse facilities
Who You Are:
- High School diploma or GED, literacy, and mathematical competency are required
- Two to three years warehouse experience, with supervisory and work planning experience
- Two to three years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combinations of education and experience
- Valid forklift certification and a valid California driver’s license
- Must have strong computer skills, including ERP and standard Microsoft business software
- Ability to problem solve general and complex warehouse problems and resolve customer or vendor related issues with minimal supervision
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to read and interpret general business forms, shipping/work order documents, and sales order reports
