Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $18 - $21 per hour, depending on experience
About the Role:
Join our team at a leading cabinet hardware store in Chatsworth! We’re seeking a motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Counter Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and support daily operations. This is a hands-on position in a dynamic retail environment where you’ll help customers find the perfect hardware solutions for their cabinetry needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers at the counter with sales of cabinet hardware, providing product recommendations and processing transactions.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information on products and availability.
• Stock shelves with products to ensure the store is well-organized and fully supplied.
• Package products for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and secure wrapping.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required for effective customer communication).
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Required to lift and move products up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work the full schedule.
