We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a dual role position combining full-cycle recruiting with payroll support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has hands-on experience recruiting across warehouse, e-commerce, and marketing roles.

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while also assisting with payroll processing and related administrative tasks.


**Must have proficiency with Microsoft Excel


PLEASE NOTE : THIS POSITION IS 100% ONSITE, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY WITH A SCHEDULE BETWEEN 8:30AM TO 5:30PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. HYBRID WORK IS NOT AVAILABLE


Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (75%)

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for warehouse, e-commerce, and marketing positions.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates to ensure a positive experience.

Payroll Support (25%)

  • Assist in payroll processing on a semi-monthly basis in the area of reviewing timesheets, time-off requests and various reporting.
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support HR compliance and recordkeeping related to payroll and employee data.
Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment and payroll processing.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in warehouse, e-commerce, and marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll processes and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with California labor laws and payroll compliance is a plus.
  • Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee groups
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
  • Basic knowledge of employment and wage laws
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ATS systems (Preferably Paylocity)
  • Familiarity with payroll software (Preferably Paylocity).
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and support HR reporting.
