This role blends strategic HR leadership with proactive, relationship-driven recruiting across the Southern California escrow and real estate community.

  • You must be In-Person in the San Diego area for this role
Your Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm
  • After Hours: Networking Events or Meeting Candidates

  1. Build and Maintain a Strong Escrow Talent Pipeline
    Consistently network, nurture, and develop long-term relationships with escrow professionals

  3. Implement and Optimize People Systems (EOS, performance, compliance)
    Drive structure and clarity through scorecards, accountability charts, feedback loops, performance management, and HR compliance.

What You Bring:
  • 5+ years in HR, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, etc.
  • Industry experience in escrow, real estate, title, lending is preferred
  • Ability to engage passive candidates and maintain long-term talent relationships
  • Knowledge of California HR laws 
  • Able to balance empathy with accountability
  • Familiarity with EOS is a plus


Foundation Escrows Contribution to You:
  • Salary: $80k-$120k/yr
