- You must be In-Person in the San Diego area for this role
Your Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm
- After Hours: Networking Events or Meeting Candidates

Amplify Foundation Escrow’s Core Values through onboarding, engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives that retain great people. - Implement and Optimize People Systems (EOS, performance, compliance)
Drive structure and clarity through scorecards, accountability charts, feedback loops, performance management, and HR compliance.

What You Bring:
- 5+ years in HR, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, etc.
- Industry experience in escrow, real estate, title, lending is preferred
- Ability to engage passive candidates and maintain long-term talent relationships
- Knowledge of California HR laws
- Able to balance empathy with accountability
- Familiarity with EOS is a plus
Foundation Escrows Contribution to You:
- Salary: $80k-$120k/yr
- Medical/Dental/Vision: 75% Coverage Provided
