Located in a creative hub of Costa Mesa, Morrissey Associates has focused on providing design services to the educational sector since 1998.  We offer an integrated project approach in a small office environment, providing numerous opportunities for growth and advancement.

The Executive Assistant’s will provide a wide range of administrative and organizational support to executives.  The EA will work with the President and Vice President to coordinate oversight of their administrative functions for accounting, office management and human resources.  The Executive Assistant will be expected to contribute to better organization and planning as well as assist in implementing executive initiatives and perform occasional clerical tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Assistant duties may include but not be limited to:

          1.      Manage Calendar, Prioritize meetings and appointments.

          2.      Confirm meetings and assist in preparing meeting deliverables.

          3.      Respond to communications.

          4.      Provide Administrative assistance such as overseeing and proofing outgoing announcements, blogs, letters, website updates                           and other correspondence.

  • Executive assistant will provide general clerical assistance as needed.
  • Executive Assistant will coordinate and collaborate on special executive projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Five years’ experience in Executive assistance is preferred.
  • College degree is preferred.
  • Strong time management and organization skills.
  • Expert understanding of MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
  • Deadline and detail oriented.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to solve problems independently.
  • Ability to work in a small office team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and disseminate information to maintain timely workflow.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
