Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth order processing, accurate data management, and outstanding customer support. Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end order processing, including invoicing, fulfillment, and inventory analysis.
• Identify and resolve issues in daily order operations, collaborating with other team members to ensure efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to customer service representatives in completing their assigned tasks.
• Train team members on department processes and ensure adherence to established procedures.
• Suggest process improvements to management based on insights gained from customer interactions and order workflows.
• Oversee account and customer data management to maintain accuracy and streamline order processing.
• Handle returns, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
• Process international documents and related transactions accurately and efficiently.
• At least 3 years of experience in a customer service leadership role within a consumer-packaged goods company.• Strong skills in answering inbound calls and managing customer inquiries.
• Proficiency in call center operations, including inbound and outbound communication.
• Expertise in data entry, email correspondence, and order entry.
• Familiarity with scheduling appointments and using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with Sage 100 or similar systems is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
