Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Multi\-Functional Manufacturing Associate Manager to lead ordnance and inert assembly manufacturing operations at our Courtland, Alabama facility\. In this role, you will manage day\-to\-day production activities in the Ordnance Building \(OB\), lead a team of supervisors and technicians, and partner closely with engineering, quality, safety, and program teams to deliver high\-quality products on schedule and at cost\. This position is ideal for a hands\-on manufacturing leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and working in a mission\-critical production environment\. **Lead and support supervisors, technicians, and support staff in daily manufacturing operations - Manage staffing activities including hiring, training, work assignments, cross\-training, performance feedback, and recognition or corrective actions - Partner with engineering, quality, material control, facilities, program management, and safety teams to meet quality, cost, schedule, and safety goals - Drive a culture of continuous improvement, with a focus on safety, quality, affordability, and on\-time delivery - Maintain strong involvement in day\-to\-day ordnance and inert assembly production activities - Coordinate future production planning with Cost Account Managers \(CAMs\) and Program Plans & Requirements \(PPR\) teams - Ensure technicians have the right training, materials, procedures, and tools to perform their work safely and efficiently - Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality Engineering to support tooling needs, schedules, and quality requirements - Use SAP to coordinate service and production orders and ensure materials are available when needed - Support production planning, quality initiatives, process improvements, and material management activities - Assist Manufacturing leadership with daily personnel allocation and work prioritization **On\-site role located in Courtland, Alabama - Manufacturing and production setting within an ordnance facility - Lockheed Martin Space develops and delivers advanced technologies that support national security and global stability\.
