The Manufacturing & Project Analyst (I-Level) is a key role that is accountable for delivering manufacturing and key project execution objectives for plant manufacturing systems and plant projects, including improvement initiatives. The role provides execution support to key manufacturing systems/processes and supports initiatives for plant projects (capital, CI, and plant transformation).
Responsibilities
Collect and analyze key manufacturing data to identify, develop, and lead manufacturing systems and projects.
Serve as key support in the execution of multiple projects and lead small projects (CI/Capital/Plant Transformation).
Coordinate and review MoCs for projects and initiatives, including developing processes and improvements related to manufacturing solutions.
Ensure that assets, equipment, and systems operate in an optimal state, using data to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop key reports to provide insight into performance of key systems and project progress.
Maintain project funnel and aggregate opportunities for plant projects and manufacturing improvements.
Analyze and report on manufacturing systems, maintain project timelines, risk registers and action item tracker.
Support or lead plant CI and transformation projects to improve plant manufacturing systems; prepare status reports, monitor budgets and schedules, and keep an accurate electronic database of all project elements.

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing and supply chain.
Knowledge of process safety hazard analysis and risk assessment methodologies.
Demonstrate manufacturing HSSE experience.
Awareness of manufacturing principles, practices, environmental regulations, engineering project management methods, workplace safety, budgeting, employee supervision, and personnel management.
Experience supporting projects at all stages of ideation, scoping, conceptual design, detail design, execution, commissioning, and turnover.
Experience supporting diverse teams (operations, logistics, planning, marketing, technology) on transformation projects.
Experience with MOC/HAZOP/HAZID participation for Capital Project Development.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent organizational skills.
Experience in industrial manufacturing work environments.
Lubricants industry experience (preferred).
Consumer packaged goods experience.
Supply chain experience.
Economic Dimensions
Support key manufacturing KPIs of the Baton Rouge, LA Plant.
Support transformation projects at Baton Rouge, LA Plant.
Lead manufacturing improvement initiatives.
HSSE Accountabilities
Support safe site operations.
Demonstrate Safety Leadership in all aspects of managing the facility with 'Believe in Zero' behaviours for all employees.
Maintain 0 accidents, incidents, spills, NOVs related to project execution.
Achieve minimum 48 SOC/QOCs per annum.
