About Us We are a locally owned vertically integrated apple growing and packing operation.We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance and accounting functions and partner with ownership to drive growth and operational excellence.
What Youll Do Serve as a key advisor to ownership and member of the executive team Lead all financial functions: accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and compliance Manage cash flow, credit facilities, and financing strategies across multiple entities Provide timely financial insights to guide decision-making and improve operational performance Build strong relationships with owners, lenders, auditors, and business partners Lead and develop the accounting and IT teams
What Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred; MBA a plus) 7+ years progressive financial leadership experience (agriculture/production experience strongly preferred) Strong knowledge of GAAP, cash management, and cost accounting Advanced Excel skills and ERP/financial systems experience (Famous software a plus) Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Compensation & Benefits Salary: $160,000
$220,000 DOE Medical, dental, vision, HSA with company contributions, PTO, and more
