Job Summary
Aaratech Inc. is seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Data Analyst – AI & Automation to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will analyze operational data to support automation initiatives and intelligent decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- ???? Data Collection & Management
Gather, clean, and organize operational and system data. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of datasets.
- ???? Data Analysis
Analyze datasets to identify automation opportunities and performance trends. Support forecasting and operational insights.
- ???? Reporting & Visualization
Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Track automation and performance metrics.
- ???? Team Collaboration
Work with business, IT, and automation teams to deliver actionable insights.
- ???? Tool Utilization
Leverage SQL, Excel, and BI platforms for analysis and reporting.
- ???? Data Governance
Support data governance and best practices for long-term data integrity.
Qualifications
- ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- ✅ Minimum of 2 years of data analysis experience
- ✅ Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
- ✅ Experience with Tableau or Power BI
- ✅ Basic understanding of AI or automation concepts is a plus
- ✅ Strong analytical and communication skills
