Senior Manager, Sales

About the Role
The Senior Manager of Sales Recruiting leads a high-performing team dedicated to attracting and hiring top sales talent for QXO’s field operations. This role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop an experienced recruiting team, ensuring alignment with sales hiring goals and business priorities.
- Collaborate with senior sales leadership to forecast talent needs and design recruiting strategies that support revenue growth.
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience and efficient, inclusive hiring processes.
- Track recruiting activity, metrics, and performance; implement adjustments to meet aggressive hiring targets.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent QXO externally to attract top sales talent.
- Balance individual requisition ownership with team management responsibilities.
- Implement scalable recruiting programs and process improvements to support high-volume sales hiring.
- Work closely with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and talent strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years in recruiting, including 5+ years in leadership role; proven success in sales recruiting.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
- Advanced knowledge of recruiting best practices, tools, and technologies; experience implementing scalable strategies in high-growth environments.
- Deep understanding of the full sales ecosystem—National Accounts, Commercial, Inside Sales, Local Outside Sales—and ability to design assessments and screening processes that identify key sales profiles such as hunters and farmers.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruiting analytics.
- Ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Track record of delivering against aggressive hiring goals while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
