What you will do Working Foreman must be a skilled craftsman in their trade and have a minimum of five (5) years actual, practical working experience in the industrial HVAC chiller, plumbing, pipefitting and /or mechanical equipment service industry.

How you will do it A self-starter who must be able to lead a project team of technicians. Interaction with customers, attention to detail in quoting jobs, scheduling technician hours, promoting safety and constant communication plays a key role in this position. Must be computer literate with necessary ability to develop, close and manage all types of quoted work.

What we look for Required Must be a member or willing to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO. Be a dedicated member of a North America Branch team willing to learn and be responsible for system trouble shooting, repair and aftermarket services for this fast-growing business. 5+ years of commercial HVAC experiences mechanical troubleshooting experience. Valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler and steam operational & service knowledge. Good verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range: $61.68 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
