Technical Product Owner ServiceNow SPM Location: Duration: Long term contract
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner with deep ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) experience to help design, configure, and scale our demand and portfolio management capabilities. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who understands how ServiceNow SPM works under the hood and can partner closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, out-of-the-box solutions.
The ideal candidate is comfortable owning both product direction and technical execution , translating business needs into functional ServiceNow SPM capabilities while ensuring high-quality delivery and clear, consistent progress reporting.
Collaborate with department leadership to define and evolve the product vision for ServiceNow SPM
Hands-on configuration and build of ServiceNow SPM out-of-the-box functionality , including:
Capacity planning
Waterfall project management
Scrum and Kanban boards
Partner closely with ServiceNow architects and developers to discuss architectural requirements and solution design
Own quality and testing for delivered functionality, ensuring solutions meet requirements and standards
Provide weekly progress updates and deliverables , clearly communicating status, risks, and next steps
510 years of relevant experience in product ownership, technical product management, or ServiceNow platform roles
~ Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
~ Proven ability to configure and deliver out-of-the-box ServiceNow SPM functionality independently
~ Solid understanding of demand management, capacity management, portfolio planning, and agile delivery models
~ Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks within ServiceNow
Strong reporting and dashboarding experience within ServiceNow
